This is my first how-to “episode” I hope you enjoy it :)
Just a few things I didn’t have a chance to cover in the video:

On Tempering Chocolate :
I saved a few video examples of tempering chocolate in my playlist, in case you don’t know how ;)

Chocolate:
Use the best, you can purchase on line at http://www.chocosphere.com/ . I like Guittard for dark and El Rey for white, but I’m not picky….

Confectionary Coating :
You can also use confectionary coating for this if you don’t want to temper chocolate . Confectionary / candy coating is candy flavored chocolate and you can find it in most cake and candy supply stores and at Michael’s Crafts. I call it “fake chocolate”, It doesn’t taste that great. But you can practice with it and it’s a lot cheaper then chocolate ! I think the chocolate mint flavor tastes the best and the white chocolate flavor isn’t too bad.

Balloons :
Not all balloons work so you might need to experiment little, the brand I use is Party Expo ( I get them at the Dollar Store ). After you blow them up, rinse them with water, but make sure they are completely dry before using.
